How to order


Please use our Contact Us or Need a Quote page to send your enquiry. Alternatively, send an email directly to detailing your requirements along with the attached print ready file.

Please refer to the FAQ section for supplied artwork requirements. Upon receiving your email we will generate an invoice and contact you to process your payment. Once payment is confirmed your order can progress to print production stage


Payment Methods Accepted

We accept the following methods of payment;    

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card)


Delivery Conditions
  • All representations by REMPRINT as to the date and /or time for delivery are made in good faith, but are not guaranteed.
  • REMPRINT shall not be liable for late deliveries or lost goods caused by Couriers.
  • Pick up of orders is not available - all deliveries are made via Couriers
  • Do not place an order if exact delivery times are crucial to you without obtaining verification from our office. 
  • Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.
  • Deliveries can only be made by Courier to your nominated address between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • An authorised person must sign for the delivery unless otherwise instructed
  • If a delivery is to be made to an address other than your business address, we require the full name of the person who will be accepting the delivery and a complete address for the delivery.
  • If you have a Street/Residential address and it's unattended we can leave your goods at the door, if your request this type of delivery, please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to Apartment blocks that have Security Entrances if they are unattended. If this happens and the goods are returned to us, you will be asked to arrange your own courier or pay an additional delivery fee.
  • If the incorrect address is given to REMPRINT, a re-direction / administration fee applies to redirect the goods to the correct shipping address.
  • If address is unattended our courier companies have authority to leave at your door. If couriers can't get access in units / apartments or shopfronts on major roads parcels will be taken back to depot, a card will be left at your premises notifying of depot location. Orders can picked up from depot within 5 working days or they can be redelivered. A redelivery fee will apply.
  • If there is no-one available to sign for the goods and they are subsequently lost or damaged, we will not be liable for the loss.
  • Once goods are delivered, REMPRINT is not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Upon receipt, the customer will inspect the goods and notify REMPRINT of any errors within three days after delivery, quoting all relevant details.
