Artwork

 

What file formats do you accept when submitting artwork?

We will only accept the following formats as final artwork.

  • Adobe Acrobat Version 9 or below (PDF)
  • Adobe Photoshop Version CS6 or below (PSD or TIFF)
  • Adobe Illustrator Version CS6 or below (INDD)
  • Adobe InDesign Version 9 or below (QXD)

 

What settings should my artwork use?

All images and artwork must be saved in CYMK mode at minimum 300dpi and please convert your text to paths, curves or outlines Please supply us with all the relevant files, including linked items for output (e.g. fonts and graphics). All artwork must include 2mm bleed (if artwork is to run to edge of product)

Artwork which does not adhere to these specifications will incur artwork handling charges.

 

Does REMPRINT provide artwork design services?

Yes, we do provide artwork design at affordable prices. If you want us to design your artwork for printing please use the Custom Quote Form and let us know your requirements so we can send you a quotation. Once our quotation is accepted one of our Graphic Designers will contact you to discuss your brief.

 

Pricing

Do your prices include Artwork?

The prices listed are for printing only. You can supply us print ready artwork or we can give you a very competitive quote for the design of you print marketing materials

 

Do your prices include GST?

GST needs to be added to any prices listed on this website

 

Our Price Guarantee

If you find a cheaper price for one of our print products send us the written quote and we will beat it by at least 5% based on same product quality and specifications 

 

Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately once an order is placed it is immediately scheduled in the print queue and cannot be cancelled. We hope you understand, as our priority is to keep turnaround times fast for our customer

 

I cannot find what I am looking for on your Website.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our please complete the Custom Quote Form and we will send you a written quotation for the product and quantity you require.

 

Delivery

Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia. For urgent deliveries, we recommend you contact us before placing your order

 

How quickly can I receive my order?

We will have your print job completed and delivered in the shortest time possible. You will be contacted via email to confirm dispatch and approximate courier lead time required depending on your location.

 

How do you ship my order?

We use National Courier companies to ship your order. All orders must have a street address for delivery. Unfortunately we cannot process orders which supply a Post Office box for delivery.

 

What do you charge for shipping?

All deliveries are made using standard Road Express Courier Services which are charged at our cost. We recommend that you contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm final pricing inclusive of freight. 

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by;

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Credit Cards (Visa and Master Card) - we do not store your credit card details once the order is completed

If payment is made by EFT the order cannot commence until payment confirmation is received.

 

Can I get credit or establish an account?

All orders must be paid for in full prior to production for first time clients. The acceptance of credit terms is reviewed on a client by client basis at the discretion of REMPRINT management

 

Quality guarantee

What happens if I am not happy with my order when received?

Sometimes accidents do happen with shipping and contents can be damaged in transit. If this is the case please contact us right away so we can follow up with the freight company in question and resolve this to your satisfaction.

REMPRINT guarantees the quality of our printing and if for some reason you are not happy with your order we want to know right away. Contact us by phone or email and one of our customer service staff will respond to you personally to fix the problem. It’is extremely rare but if we can’t fix the problem we will refund your money

REMPRINT cannot be held responsible for any errors in spelling, layout and colour with supplied artwork, so it is the responsibility of the client to check their artwork before submitting it for printing.

 

Print technology 

What is Offset Printing?

Offset Printing uses large scale printing presses that use liquid inks. Offset printing is more economical for larger printing jobs over 2000 units.

 

What is Digital Printing?

Digital Printers are production versions of photocopiers which use powder toner instead of ink. This method of printing is far more economical for short run print jobs. The quality of digital printing has improved dramatically in recent years, to the point where it is almost indistinguishable from offset printing

 

How can you claim highest quality?

We use the best quality brochure stock and artboard for our printed products. Our premium business cards, for example, are printed on 400- 420gsm artboard, while most of our competitors claim 300gsm – 350gsm as their quality option.

 

Privacy

Do you store any information about me?

We keep your name, business name, delivery address, phone number, email address and a list of your previous orders to make it easier for you to reorder in the future. We DO NOT store your credit card details or share any of your personal information with third parties.
